K.K. POORNESH, an alumnus of IIM-A also had his Master's in economics from Mysore University with distinction. He worked as a lecturer for almost 6 years teaching economics for both Graduate and Post Graduate students. In 1997 he resigned from teaching profession and got into K.A.S [Karnataka Administrative services] and worked as Assistant commissioner of commercial taxes. He is an economist and investor by passion and fascinated by equity market. His passion is economics in general and stock market in particular. He has about 14 years experience in equity research and management. He co-founded MPower Capital with his friends and spreading awareness about stock market among retail investors. He has been writing for various news papers and magazines about equity related topics. He has written three books,

K. TUSHAR KANTI DAYAL is a founding member of MPower Capital. He has MSc. (Psychology) and PGDM in finance. He is known as hard core research analyst and passionate towards stock market. He has more than 12 years experience in equity market and has seen so many ups and downs in the market.

RYAN FERNANDO is founding member of MPower capital and an alumnus of the prestigious Indian IMA, and a Commonwealth Scholar having earned Two Masters in the Life sciences in Scotland. Ryan has specialized in Marketing and Strategy of Food and Pharmaceutical products and was responsible for launching Healthcare Brands in India. He has in-depth knowledge of the Indian Consumption pattern and Consumer behaviour. A hard core marketing guy with 13 years experience in marketing and business.
